All payments must be settled in full before departure, unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities and we do not accept cheques.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.
In the event of cancellation one week prior to the booking: 100% of the deposit retained. In the event of cancellation less than one week prior to the booking: Full account payable. Non-arrivals and same day cancellations: Full account payable.

Please Note:

This is a non smoking facility and no sub-letting of rooms is allowed. Unfortunately, we do not cater for pets. No eating or drinking in the rooms, no self catering service available, however there is a dining/lounge room available.
